6 - THE TWO BROTHERS*
(The Twa Brothers, Child, No. 49)
Communicated by John A. Moorer Wheeling, Ohio County, January, 1927. Obtained from Mrs. Flora A. Williams.
On Monday morning going to school, on Friday coming home,
I met those boys-a-playing ball, those girl's a-rolling stone;
They rassled up, they rassled down, and Johnnie fell to the ground,
And out of his pocket a weapon flew, gave Johnnie a deadly wound.
