Three Black Crows- Kirtley (MO) 1918 Belden B

B. [Three Black Crows] No title. Given me by Miss Alice Kirtley, of Cole County, in 1918.

Three black crows sat on a tree,
And they were as black as crows could be.

Said one of them unto his mate,
'What shall we do for grub to eat?'

'You see that horse on yonder plain?
. . .'

'We'll perch ourselves on his backbone,
And pick his eyes out one by one.'
