Turkish Lady- J. E. Mainer and his Mountaineers c. 1968

A merchant ship, in harbor lay,
Captured before, the break of day,
A Turkish captain, cool and brave,
Said he got here, to be my slave.

Sit down and listen for a while,
Cause fortune speaks, on one did smile,
The Turkish king, his orders gave,
That one would be, her daughter's slave.
