Jimmy Randall -Sung by Mrs. Pearl Brewer of Ravenden Springs, Ark. on Feb. 23, 1964.

Jimmy Randall went a-huntin'
Betwixt sun down and dark:
Pretty Polly Ban Dorg
Was alone in the park.

With her apron pinned 'round her
 He shot her for a fawn,
Crying oh, oh, oh!
 She is now dead and gone.

 The judge read the verdict;
Jimmy Randall must hang.
 Over and over
Those words he did sing.

With her apron pinned 'round her,
I shot her for a fawn;
Pretty Polly Bab Dorg,
She is now dead and gone.

Pretty Polly appeared
To her uncle one day,
Oh, Uncle, dear Uncle,
Jimmy Randall is cleared.

With my apron pinned 'round me
 He shot me for a fawn;
Crying oh, oh, oh,
She is now dead and gone.
