I'm Going To Georgia- Tenneva Ramblers, 1928

[Instrumental]

Up and down Sycamore Ridge,
Running through the weeds,
Looking for the pretty little girl
That wears the silver beads.

[Instrumental]

Going down to Georgia,
Back to New Orleans
Looking for the pretty little girl
I hope I find her please.

[Instrumental]

If you see that girl of mine
I wish that you would tell her
To be true to her soldier boy
And have no other feller.

[Instrumental]

Going back to see that girl,
I hope that she won't mind me,
Then I'll stop and stay all day,
With the girl I left behind me.

[Instrumental]

[repeat 2nd and 4th verses]
