DEEP BLUE SEA - single stanza sung by Gladys McCarty of Farmington Arkansas, December 13, 1941, not found in Randolph, version A or B (first Carter Family stanza).

 It was last Sunday evening
Just about the hour of three,
when my darling started for to leave me,
To sail on the deep blue sea.
